this Goverment of the Articles of Association of the

proposed Company and of the arrangements proposed by the Company for carrying out its obligations and, of course, thereafter to the subscription of the full amount of the capital offered for public subscription.

11.

Further action by Mr. Vaughan Fowler towards

the formation of the Company awaits your approval of the proposals set out in this despatch as regards the assistance to be promised by this Government.
